CIRES Administration
CIRES aspires to be a community of scholars working to create and maintain a center of excellence in environmental science and education. CIRES is governed by a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) and the University of Colorado at Boulder and by a Council of Fellows.
