The COSEE West Colorado Collaborative focuses on professional development of science teachers to increase their understanding of the links between the oceans and our climate. A teacher exchange program between the University of Colorado and COSEE West gives teachers first-hand knowledge of the local importance of the oceans and climate connection. Five Colorado teachers are attending the Ocean Observing Systems Institute in California during August 2010. They will chronicle their experience in this blog.
