Leo Radzihovsky
Ph.D., Harvard University, 1993
Assistant Professor, Physics

Research Interests: Statistical mechanics and field theory with applications to theoretical problems in condensed matter physics including: high temperature superconductors, membranes and random surfaces, liquid crystals, phase transitions and critical phenomena, disordered and strongly correlated systems.

Current Research Projects: Nonequilibrium physics of driven periodic media; topological defects dynamics; fluctuations and phase transitions in anisotropic polymerized membranes; liquid crystals confined in random environment of e.g. aerogel.
