The upper graph is spectra of concrete at five airports normalized to reflectance values (0 - 1) taken with a hand-held spectrometer. Missing values are major water vapor absorption bands. Lower graph is derived from an image calibrated with the airport spectra above and a dark object subtraction. Average albedo is then calculated for each Landsat TM band for 1985 and 1996.
