Marine polychete (fire worm)

Marine polychete (fire worm)This is a marine polychete, also known as a fire worm. It was found on the bottom of one of the buoys among all the barnicles. The polychete has spines that cover the length of its body that contain poison and cause a extremely painful, burning sensation in your skin if touched.
