News from ReSciPE Project

November 2006 - Thirty scientists and educators from the CU Boulder campus and neighboring institutions participated in an inquiry workshop at CIRES Outreach on November 8th 2006. Participants came from more than a dozen campus institutes and departments and from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Denver Botanic Gardens, Colorado Department of Wildlife, and St Vrain Valley Schools. See the story and photos here.

October 2006 - ReSciPE presenters and evaluators will present two talks at the Fall 2006 meeting of the American Geophysical Union in San Francisco. Both talks will take place on Friday 12/15/06 at the Moscone South building, Room 310, at 9.00 am and 9.15 am. The first talk will describe our project's approach and activities, and the second will present hot-off-the-press findings from our research and evaluation study. Join us for session OS 28 on "Communicating Broadly; Perspectives and Tools for Ocean, Earth and Atmospheric Scientists." ReSciPE Abstract
