**Each group will discuss the following three themes:

  1. Contributions of multiangular approaches to improving our understanding of variability, forcing, response, and consequences of changes in the Earth system
  2. Scaling issues in multiangular modeling and measurements of the Earth system including 3-D structure
  3. Synergies with other methods of observation including multi-instrument approaches, and synergies between measurements and models
