PRECISION MACHINING - Highlights

Pyrolyzer System

1400°C hyperthermal nozzle* attached to pulsed valve for creation of organic radicals from gaseous samples. Water-cooled vacuum housing attaches directly to cryostat shroud for deposition of radicals for FTIR sample analysis. Solid sample probe is optional. Control system sets and monitors pulsed valve operation and temperature, pyrolyzer temperature, and solid sample probe tempurature.
