Additions/Corrections

 * Added code for bootstrap method.

 * Added code to allow PMF to run "in the background" (DOS window doesn't pop to the front).

 * Added check for pmf.ini template regarding Ingrid's May 7, 2009 email to early adopters regarding calculating errors.

 * Added code to allow nonAMS folks to display text labels on x-axis spectra plots where AMS had mz12, 13, etc (i.e. for TAG, PTRMS data)

 * Added code such that the perfect gaussians in the scaled residuals one species plot are scaled by the total histogram area.

 * Typo fixed in scat_calc_R_WvsMayHaveNaNs_UC
