* Fixed a few minor panel bugs pointed out by Doug Day, such as the display of LS max time.
* Added functionality to allow the user to more precisely define the prompt/delayed/early category, either by the use of the ratio of MS to LS times, or via the histogram of the differences between these times.
 *Changed BC logo as per Eben's request.

* This tool enables the analysis of the LS "stick", *_lsSt.hdf, files.
Basically the user should press the gold button in the 'Process LS Events' tab and then play with other buttons in other tabs.
* Much squirrel functionality on the squirrel panel is still enabled - specifically the buttons in the MS and PToF tabs.
