HAMSTER (EC code)

• Add to Panel
  • Include Spectral Analysis Code (working)
  • Include Fragment Code (working, but messy)
  • Fragment Flux Code: need to deal with wave names
• Stationarity Test (both micromet and concentration data)
• Have interface with SQUIRREL... Fluxes are in reasonable units
• Get to fSt and fR hdf files: new faces on Panel?
  • get at Total AMS flux
  • can just use same fF index and revise code to just open up different hdf's. Looks easy to code (famous last words...)
• Automate masking wave capability - have datemask() function: perhaps build in a criterion section to it

Paper on technique (working draft Fall 08)

• Assemble figures

• Decide on doing Webb correction? Chat with Eiko?

  • Perhaps focus on NH4+ fluxes as that's a new one that requires the High-res AMS rather than any others - appears to be working for BEARPEX...

Further analysis on BP

• Experiment with a few days of data in SQUIRREL
• Had chat with Ken re:PMF on full dataset - going to working collaboratively on it!
• Decide on Appropriate Lagtime Range: 4-6 seconds seems to work
• Fluxes, Vdeps: have mostly split into 7-day sections for manageability..
• Have(!) more than a week of Fragment Fluxes: get NH4+ intercomparisons...
• Appears to be a story with changing temperatures and changing flux/conditions: need to investigate

Further analysis on AZ

• Science Meeting July 24th
• Show line losses from turbulent line for SM
• Decide on Appropriate Lagtime Range
• Fluxes, Vdeps

Alkyl nitrates Paper

• Assemble figures in final form
• Go through Ron's comments
• Decide if there's enough for a nighttime / semi-volatile paper...

Long-term Outlook

• Current plan is to only apply for jobs of great interest Fall 08 (with eye to starting jobs Fall 09 earliest, preferably 6 mo-1 yr later?), otherwise apply Summer/Fall 09
• CV: could probably do with some more papers published... perhaps some more teaching experience (talked to Colette Heald about guest lecturing)
• Applied for NSF ADVANCE workshop in October
