List of Journal Papers Using the Aerodyne AMS

This page is maintained by Jose-Luis Jimenez and Michael Lechner. Please email us if a paper is missing or you find a mistake.

Table of Contents:

People often ask: which papers should I read to start learning about the AMS? We recommend the papers below to learn about how the instrument works and some key data analysis techniques (these papers are in bold in the list).
  • There are various papers that are the first to apply the AMS to various scientific topics (rather than describe instrument features), if there is interest these could be listed here as well.
  • Papers in gray only have a minor component that is related to the AMS or uses AMS data. (Note: sometimes it is unclear whether a paper should be grayed or no, let us know if you disagree for a specific paper).
