Kelsey Tayne is a Ph.D. student in the School of Education at the University of Colorado Boulder. Her doctoral training is in science education and the learning sciences. Her research involves designing and collaborating with teachers to develop more equitable and student-centered environmental and science education at the K-12 level. Her primary research focus is on how to design for learning opportunities that support youth in taking action on climate change and other environmental challenges. Kelsey has been a graduate student researcher on the Lens on Climate Change program since 2016.
