Valerie Williams

Valerie is a senior evaluator at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR). She brings a range of experience as both an external and internal program evaluator. Currently, she serves as internal program evaluator for UCAR’s Center for Science Education, the Visiting Scientist program, and the Global Learning and Observation to Benefit the Environment (GLOBE) program, an international K-12 environmental education program. Prior to work at UCAR, Valerie worked as a researcher at the RAND Corporation, providing external evaluation support to a number of STEM programs, most notably the NSF-funded Math Science Partnership Program of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
