p. 73 Eqn. 3.19 has an extra = sign. Eqn. 3.20 has two extra = signs

p. 74 Eqn 3.21 has an extra = sign

p. 527, eqn. 8.49, l/4 l (1/4 lambda) = 20 cm, not 2 cm

p. 535, Fig. 8.20(c), for clarity, the "V" should have a subscript "1"
