STRATO is a program, which records and analyzes telemetry data from small balloon borne packages. It currently supports Vaisala RS-80 radiosondes using the Tmax and the V2C interface boards and the Intermet RSB1 radiosonde. It handles various combinations of ECC ozone sonde, Cryogenic Frostpoint Hygrometer (CFH) and Cobald backscatter sonde. It was written by Holger Vömel at the University of Colorado in collaboration with the water vapor and ozone group at NOAA/CMDL.

This page is for users of STRATO and tries to answer frequently asked questions. For further information, bug reports, and suggestions for improvement, please contact Holger.Voemel@colorado.edu. Problems that aren't reported won't be fixed.
