    Join us for an in-depth session on how to conduct an inclusive Search and Hire. This session will be led by the CU HR D&I team with contributions from CIRES DEI and CIRES HR. Topics will include how to write an inclusive job description, recruit a broad talent pool, mitigate bias, and confidently interview candidates.
    Appropriate for supervisors, hiring leads, and open to interested Federal collaborators.
