Research Experience for Community College Students (RECCS) 2026 poster session

Attend the 2026 NSF NCAR, UCAR, UCP, and CIRES Summer Student Conference. Please come and support the next generation of scientists as they present their research. 

Poster presentations by students from RECCS, CELCIUS, CI Compass, Cicerone, CIRES, CIRES UROP, COMET, GVP, NESSI, Next Gen Fellowship, NSF SOARS, NSF Unidata, SIParCS, SUPER, and Visitors. 

Location: UCAR Center Green Auditorium, 3080 Center Green Drive, Boulder

Schedule:

• 8:00 - 8:30 AM: Doors Open and Morning Poster Setup; Coffee available
• 8:30 - 8:45 AM: Opening Remarks
• 8:45 - 9:45 AM: Closed Evaluation for Morning Posters (This is where we need evaluators)
• 9:45 - 10:35 AM: Open Viewing for morning posters
• 10:35 - 11:00 AM: Coffee and Networking
• 11:00 - 12:00 PM: Lightning Talks
• 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Catered Lunch
• 1:00 - 2:00 PM: Closed Evaluation for Afternoon Posters (This is where we need evaluators)
• 2:00 - 2:50 PM: Open Viewing for afternoon posters
• 2:50 - 3:15 PM: Coffee and Networking
• 3:15 - 4:15 PM: Q&A Panel
• 4:15 PM: Group Photo

Consider contributing your time to be a poster evaluator for summer interns and visitors participating in programs across the organization. Come see the impressive work that they have accomplished this summer! Evaluators will provide feedback for approximately three (3) participants on both poster content and presentation; preparing them for professional conferences in the fall/winter.

Evaluators must arrive by 15 minutes prior to evaluation time and be available in person for their assigned evaluation time on July 30, 2026 at Center Green Auditorium.
