Research Scientists: Please join CIRES HR for a workshop on how to prepare a position description specifically for the CIRES wide compensation analysis project. All Associate Scientists and Research Scientists will be asked to do this during Fall 2021, and these descriptions will be essential to successful project outcomes.
The workshop will give an overview of this HR undertaking, as well as in-depth instructions on creating your related description. The session will be recorded and participation is strongly encouraged.
