Dear GMAC Colleagues,
NOAA’s Global Monitoring Laboratory (GML) is proud to announce the 53rd Global Monitoring Annual Conference (GMAC) will be held in person May 19-20, 2026 in Boulder, Colorado, fostering collaboration and partnerships in the global atmospheric monitoring community.
For those unable to attend in person, we will have a virtual option available for attending and presenting. If you plan to attend remotely, please tick the appropriate box on the registration form.
This year’s GMAC will be held on the University of Colorado campus in the University Memorial Center’s Glenn Miller Ballrooms. This venue provides a comfortable large meeting space, a dedicated poster display location, and break-out rooms for enhanced collaboration.
Please join us Monday, May 18, 2026 for an informal Icebreaker at Rayback Collective from 5pm- 8pm.
No shuttles will be run between hotels and the CU campus.
Parking is conveniently available in the lot adjacent to the University Memorial Center on the University of Colorado Boulder campus (1725 Euclid Avenue). Accessible parking is available in surrounding lots with an ADA placard. Use the Park Mobile app to register your vehicle and pay for the time you will be on campus. Additional parking information is available on CU’s Parking website.
Public transportation in the Boulder area is very reliable. You can find more information on bus routes and schedules at the Regional Transportation District-Denver website.

*If you are a government employee that cannot have meals included in your registration fee please select Government Registration. Meals are broken out and can be added separately and the payment split. GMAC recommends including meals due to allotted time in between session and no access to other food options at the UMC.
