Evaluating Hazards and Making Decisions

Evaluating Hazards and Making Decisions

Researchers often work in field environments that present environmental or social hazards that warrant intentional consideration and “treatment.”

Evaluation of hazards and risks, and the decisions a group makes in the presence of risk, affects the group.  It does this not only by exposing the group to the risk itself, but also by setting a tone for team culture and individual buy-in by the way decisions are made.
