Wyndom conducted her graduate research in the NOAA CSL Tropospheric Chemistry group as an advisee of Dr. Steven S. Brown. Upon completion of her PhD in May 2026, she has joined the Tropospheric Chemistry group as a Research Scientist.

- Development & deployment of spectroscopic instruments for aircraft-based in-situ measurements
- Urban ozone production efficiency
- Influence of biomass burning emissions on urban ozone
- Nighttime tropospheric chemistry
