Aroob Abdelhamid
Research Interests
Aroob is interested in the role of organic nitrogen on new particle formation and the subsequent impact on climate. She has been using the Atmospheric Pressure Interface Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer (APi-TOF) to measure ambient ions during new particle formation events. This work will continue into chamber and flow tube studies to further elucidate how organic nitrogen can affect new particle formation.
