I am a Scientific Program Manager and GIS Lead for the NOAA Ocean Exploration Project at NOAA National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI). My technical expertise relates to cloud-based GIS services and map products, underwater video data and scientific annotations, and all data management pipelines related to NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer.
