Research Interests
Leslie specializes in improving user experience of the CIRES National Snow and Ice Data Center's digital presence including the NSIDC website and other user-facing web tools.
Her areas of focus include visual design, information architecture, content strategies, user workflows, project management, strategic planning, user research, and science writing for broad audiences. Previous to joining NSIDC, she was the lead visual designer, content strategist and website manager for the NSF National Ecological Observatory Network (NEON).

User experience best practices, accessiblity, web design and information architecture, designing user workflows, project management.
