Would you like to develop your leadership mindset? Are you planning your next step after graduation, but haven't thought much about how you might best lead future mentees or employees? Academically, CU graduate students and postdocs are at the forefront of our fields. All too often, though, leadership skill-building is overlooked in our academic preparation, but is vital for workplace morale and efficiency.
In this workshop, we offer training for you to improve your skills as a leader to complement your research expertise. We will explore successful leadership techniques, how to best harness your own individualized leadership strengths, and leadership mantra that you will be able to apply in both academia and the broader working world.
Lunch will be provided. While last minute drop ins are welcome, we suggest that you RSVP by Nov 17th as some information will be sent out to participants in advance of the workshop.
