Research Interests

Madison Payne is a Student Research Experience Coordinator with CEEE. Madison earned her M.S. in geochemistry at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and her B.S. in earth and environmental science at University of Michigan. She has previously worked with Northern Illinois University's BELONG program, facilitated environmental education programs with Indiana Dunes National Park, and has been a frequent coordinator and volunteer for STEM education events. Madison is passionate about promoting social support and fostering a sense of belonging for students and early career professionals across STEM fields.
