Research Interests

As a past geophysics graduate at CIRES, I now work at the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) as a marine geophysical data manager. I am responsible for the ingest, archive, access, and delivery of geophysical data, specifically sub-bottom. In my role, I develop automation scripts to improve data ingest, ensure the accuracy of ISO-compliant metadata, and collaborate with various teams to streamline data packaging and reduce publication times.

Current Research

My research focuses on enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of marine geophysical data management processes. This includes developing scripts to automate data workflow, performing quality control to ensure the integrity of archived data, and publishing free and accessible data packages on our Trackline Geophysical Data Viewer.
