    Suzi Bahnsen is a Brand Strategist, Author, and Fractional CxO with over two decades of experience helping businesses in science, engineering, and innovation translate their expertise into meaningful growth. She is the author of Facing Your Fear of Sales, a practical guide that empowers entrepreneurs—especially women—to gain confidence and clarity in business development.

    Suzi was the founder of Launchpad Interactive, a marketing and design agency based in Boulder, Colorado, where she led branding and marketing initiatives for startups, nonprofits, and tech companies. She has served as a mentor for the Watson Institute and as Lead Advisor and Program Developer for the Boulder Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Colorado TechSource Program.

    Through her work, Suzi supports scientists, engineers, and founders in building brand strategies, refining messaging, and developing business goals that are both achievable and aligned with their mission. Known for her ability to bring clarity to complex ideas, she helps clients position their innovations for funding, partnerships, and long-term success.
